A southeast Kansas native, Nicole Meyer-Foresman received a BSED in Art Therapy from Pittsburg State University in 1996. She is currently in her eighteenth year of teaching at Girard High School.

After earning a MA in Jewelry Design in 2007, she began teaching a Wearable Art class for high school students. Nicole enjoys painting, and pottery, but especially jewelry making and designing body adornment. 

Meyer-Foresman is active in the community of Pittsburg and has participated in Art Walks and the inaugural SEK Art Fest of 2013. She can be contacted for commission work at nmeyer@girard248.org.
